QuoHotel integrates Civitfun’s platform

Based on the ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics NAV, QuoHotel provides an additional feature which improves guests experience during all the phases of their relationship during their stay. A clear example is mobile check-in, a process that simplifies the customer registration at the hotel from his own mobile device, avoiding long waiting times in the Reception hall.

Civitfun‘s app also simplifies processes such as bed booking reception from a reservations engine, receiving hotel questions about arriving to the hotel or purchasing one way hotel transfers.

With more than 20 years in the market y widely used all around the world, QuoHotel is a hotel management solution that has been certified by Microsoft, with more than 600 international implantations in large hotels and chains.
